A highly effective Senior HR Practitioner, Simon Rudd has nearly 20 years recruitment and remuneration experience in both corporate and consulting environments.
Throughout his successful HR career, Simon has managed blue-chip accounts in Recruitment Agencies (Morgan & Banks, Hudson) as well as outsourced recruitment solutions for a Global Talent Solutions Company (Talent2). He has headed both Talent Acquisition and Remuneration functions for a Listed Corporate (Vector Limited – NZE:VCT), as well as trans-Tasman Remuneration Data operations within a leading HR Consulting firm (Aon Hewitt).
Motivated by a desire to give something back to two areas of HR he is passionate about, Simon established Reward Recruitment in 2017 with one simple goal: ‘To be the recruitment voice of remuneration professionals in Australia and New Zealand’.
