With a rare combination of Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards management experience, his extensive experience includes remuneration management roles within both listed corporate and consulting environments, as well as blue chip account and RPO management within leading global recruitment firms.
Motivated by a desire to give something back to two areas of HR he is passionate about, Simon established Reward Recruitment in 2017 with one simple goal: ‘To be the recruitment voice of remuneration professionals in Australia and New Zealand’.
