Meet Simon Rudd - Founder/Director

A highly effective Senior HR Practitioner, Simon Rudd has nearly 20 years recruitment and remuneration experience in both corporate and consulting environments. With a rare combination of Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards management experience, his extensive experience includes remuneration management roles within both listed corporate and consulting environments, as well as blue chip account and RPO management within leading global recruitment firms. 

Motivated by a desire to give something back to two areas of HR he is passionate about, Simon established Reward Recruitment in 2017 with one simple goal: ‘To be the recruitment voice of remuneration professionals in Australia and New Zealand’.
