Further hone your rem review project management skills with a blue-chip corporate and a highly respected Performance and Reward team.
What will you be doing?
Reporting into an experienced and well-respected Head of Reward and as part of a broader nationwide Reward team of 4 – you will support a large annual fixed and variable pay review.
Not limited though to purely rem review, you will also manage benefits and recognition frameworks, and work on aspects of graduate benchmarking and their related interim reviews.

What background do you have?
With >5 years based remuneration experience, you have mastered the fundamentals of remuneration reviews, ajobhere col-md-6 grading and compensation operations, and are ready to apply that into a large, complex corporate environment.
Your Excel skills are advanced (VBA, Macros etc …), and you are confident managing both senior business and HR stakeholders alike.
