Reporting into a locally based APAC Reward Director (great mentor btw!), you will be responsible for responsible all Australian based employee cyclical reward activity – rem review, ajobhere col-md-6 evals, benchmarking …, as well as providing reward advisory services to the local HR and leadership team.
With merger reward harmonisation project work on the horizon, breadth and variety is guaranteed!

As a well-rounded early-mid career Senior Reward Analyst (4-5 years exp.) – you are now ready to move into a business partnering role.
Very familiar with the foundations of corporate Broad-Based Comp – Fixed and Variable rem, Job Evaluations, Benchmarking etc., , not only do you have strong data analysis skills, but are a confident communicator, at ease interfacing into manager level internal audiences.
Most importantly though, you are ambitious, keen to learn and ready for a step up!
