Reporting into an experienced and respected HR SS Manager, you will manage all aspects of remuneration processes – rem review, ajobhere col-md-6 evals, benchmarking …, as well as providing reward advisory services to the local HR and leadership team.
  
Employee and manager reward literacy is crucial in this organisation, so effectively communicating Total Reward programmes will be a key priority for you!

Back to you …
As a well-rounded early-mid career Reward Analyst (3-4 years exp.) – you are now ready to move into a Reward business partnering role.
  
Well versed in all aspects of corporate Broad-Based Comp (Fixed and Variable rem, Job Evaluations, Benchmarking etc.), not only do you have strong data analysis skills, but you are an effective communicator genuine enjoy educating teams about how to maximise the effectiveness of their rem packages.
