What will you be doing?
Reporting into an experienced and well-respected CPO, take the lead on all aspects of both Employee and Executive Reward, including RemCo papers, ASX related disclosures and Annual Report.
You will be the go-to Reward leader — trusted advisor to HR colleagues, the ELT and the Board.
What background do you come from?
Well versed in all aspects of broad-based employee comp operations and reward strategy, you also have previous exposure to Board and RemCo papers and managing executive remuneration frameworks.
With either Corporate or Consulting based reward foundations, you also being a strong understanding of ASX remuneration governance and reporting.
You are technically strong — but now ready for broader scope, visibility and accountability.
