Continuing its journey of genuinely transformative change, this large well-known Australian corporate is reinventing its performance and reward practices and is looking to further uplift its P&R machine.
Reporting into a well-respected Group GM of Performance and Reward and reinvigorated HRLT, you will take the lead in ensuring the Reward Framework and Operations effectively support organisational goals, whilst managing a number of exciting projects across governance and system changes.
What background do you have?
A well-rounded senior reward practitioner (>10 yrs. exp.), you are confident across all aspects of Broad Based Comp and have experience owning the design of central performance and remuneration governance and operational frameworks.
You are a mature relationship manager who is effective and at ease across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
