What will you be doing?
Balance bigger picture benefits strategy with detailed employment agreement, reward process and HRIS implications, in this 6-12 mth assignment to project manage Payday Super changes within a large, unionised workforce.
Put on your Consulting / Project Manager hat and lead conversations with Finance, HRIS, Payroll and ER teams.
What background do you come from?
A senior reward professional, well versed in all aspects of Total Reward strategy and employee comp operations in large corporates, you have hands on experience managing change in complex, ideally unionised, reward landscapes.
You have a consulting mindset and are comfortable moving between big picture and more detailed process and system implications.
A deep and thorough understanding of the Australian benefits and superannuation landscape is crucial.
