What will you be doing?
Reporting into the GM, People & Reward, this role will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of remuneration and reward initiatives across the organisation.
Positioned at the heart of the business, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, streamline processes, and provide commercially focused advice as a trusted advisor supporting a 2,000-strong workforce.
What background do you come from?
With a solid foundation in remuneration operations and reward strategy in large corporate environments, you’re ready to step up into a role with end-to-end ownership of performance and remuneration governance and frameworks.
You’re a seasoned stakeholder manager who operates with confidence and ease, building strong relationships and influencing across a diverse range of leaders
