Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Reward Consultant to step into a Rem and Bens Manager role with a leading Australian business operating on a global scale.

What will you be doing?
Reporting to a highly experienced HR Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s global remuneration and benefits strategy.
  
Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, lead both cyclical reward activities and strategic projects, and provide commercially focused advice to support a global workforce of approximately 2,000 employees.
  
What background do you come from?
You’ve built strong technical foundations across remuneration operations and reward strategy within complex corporate environments and are now ready for a broader role with greater ownership and strategic influence.
  
Confident and commercially minded, you’re an experienced stakeholder manager who builds credibility quickly, partners effectively with leaders, and influences across diverse business groups with ease.
