We are the only specialist practice working exclusively in this space, and a decade of focus shows in the quality of our market knowledge and our relationships.
Reward Recruitment is the first-choice partner for Reward, HRIS and People Analytics professionals looking for their next role, and for organisations seeking specialist talent that generalist recruiters cannot find.
With direct experience across both Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards management, we understand what these roles require from the inside. The stakeholder dynamics. The reporting requirements. The gap between what a position description says and what the job actually involves. We speak the Language of Reward and People Analytics.
We work with organisations to find high-quality, hard-to-reach talent. And we work with candidates to find roles that are genuinely good for their careers, not just the next available step.
We take the time to understand the role, the team and the context it sits within. Every search is structured and informed by what is actually happening in the market.
We take a retained search approach to every engagement. A structured process, a position profile agreed with all stakeholders, thorough market mapping, and candidates who are qualified, engaged and assessed before they reach the client.

Simon Rudd has over 20 years of recruitment and remuneration experience across corporate and consulting environments. His career has been built at the intersection of two disciplines that most HR search practitioners often treat as quite separate.
He started in blue-chip recruitment, managing key accounts at Morgan & Banks and Hudson, then moved into management at RPO solutions at Talent2. From there his career took a less common turn. He moved in-house, leading both Talent Acquisition and Remuneration functions at Vector Limited (NZE:VCT), then ran the trans-Tasman Remuneration Survey Data team at Aon Hewitt.
Simon founded Reward Recruitment in 2017 with one clear purpose: to be the specialist recruitment voice for Reward professionals in Australia and New Zealand. A decade on, he knows every serious professional working in this market.
Simon is not a generalist recruiter working in HR. He has held these roles and carried these responsibilities. He knows the daily to-do list of a Head of Reward, the pressures an HRIS Lead faces during a system migration, and the careful planning that Reward Business Partners put into the annual remuneration review cycle. That knowledge, combined with relationships developed over nearly two decades, is what Reward Recruitment is founded on.
Laura Boinot brings almost a decade of recruitment experience across France and Australia to the Reward Recruitment team.
Her background is in specialist recruitment at Randstad, where she focused on Workplace Health and Safety. WHS recruitment is built on data, structure and metrics. Understanding the numbers behind operational decisions. Knowing how the right hire changes outcomes. Laura worked in that world and understood it from the inside.
The move to Reward, HRIS and People Analytics was a natural one.
As a Talent Researcher, Laura focuses on understanding talent markets, identifying the right professionals and building the long-term relationships this market runs on. She takes the time to listen, to understand what someone actually wants from their career, and to find the fit that makes sense beyond the job description.
Laura is originally from France and now lives in Bowral in the Southern Highlands of NSW. She is a painter and a mum to two boys.
