What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Head of OD in a stand-alone reward capacity, join a high-performing HR function and bring newly developed Reward strategy and Job Architecture to life across this purpose-driven organisation.
You will spend half your time will optimising Reward operations including job evaluations, remuneration review, WGEA reporting etc.
The balance is where this role gets particularly interesting – improving frameworks and processes, connecting Reward with EVP and broader People initiatives, and uplifting Reward capability across the HRBP community.
What background do you have?
You may be a Senior Reward Analyst ready to broaden your remit, or an HR Business Partner with some rem experience and you want to specialise, or perhaps you are an HRIS / People Data professional looking to build a career in Reward.
More important than what you have done is how you think! You see Reward as a strategic enabler rather than simply data and process, and can you know how to translate technical remuneration concepts into language that HRBPs and line managers alike will understand and value.
